She managed within several fortune 500 companies, created ground-up training and development departments, informed processes and procedures, and led quality assurance and compliance departments.
Burton’s books, seminars, and presentations provided enhanced knowledge for governmental, municipal, health care, non-profit, secondary, and post secondary education organizations. Dr. Burton earned a DBA in quality systems management, two MBA degrees, Human Resource Management, and Management, a BS in Criminology from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. Burton holds several diplomas from the American Institute of Banking. She is a Toastmaster, Advanced Communicator Gold level, ACG.
